Summary: This booklet highlights the recent developments on the Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) issue. It aims to promote greater understanding about the ERW problem and the new Protocol on Explosive Remnants of War adopted by States Parties to the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW) in November 2003.
