Summary, etc Pr�esentation de l'�editeur : "Les organisations internationales, ne sont pas des super �Etats mais ont, comme ces derniers, une constitution, une personnalit�e juridique propre, un syst�eme de responsabilit�e qu'il faut distinguer de celle de ses membres. Leur membership est g�en�eralement constitu�e d'�Etats mais les organisations internationales peuvent aussi comprendre d'autres organisations internationales, voire des autorit�es f�ed�er�ees et des personnes priv�ees. L'acc�es des �Etats aux organisations internationales et leur retrait est codifi�e par l'acte constitutif, mais les r�egles d'acc�es ou de retrait peuvent donner lieu �a des interpr�etations, parfois discutables, qui r�esultent des options politiques de leurs membres. Les organisations produisent aussi des normes qui, dans le respect de certaines conditions, s'imposent �a leurs destinataires. La personnalit�e juridique des organisations internationales leur permet de se comporter dans les relations internationales comme un sujet majeur de droit international apte �a conclure des trait�es, �a prendre des sanctions contre des �Etats et des particuliers. C'est cette personnalit�e qui leur permet aussi de r�epondre des violations du droit international qui leur sont imputables. Les r�egimes de privil�eges et immunit�es varient selon les organisations internationales et selon leurs titulaires (l'organisation elle-m�eme, ses membres et leurs repr�esentants, ses fonctionnaires et agents). Telles sont les principales questions trait�ees dans le pr�esent ouvrage."
