| General note | "O Doutor Daniel Freire e Almeida, com a presente obra (a sua disserta�c�ao de Doutoramento em Direito pela Universidade de Coimbra), abordou o Direito da internet da melhor maneira: propondo a cria�c�ao de um tribunal internacional que julgasse os diferendos surgidos no �ambito da internet.
