Summary, etc Vingt ans apr�es (avril 1994), il n'est plus possible de dire que le g�enocide du Rwanda �etait programm�e, que la France en serait complice, que pour le commettre, les "extr�emistes" hutu avaient cr�e�e une cellule secr�ete nomm�ee Akazu, qu'ils avaient dress�e des listes de Tutsi �a abattre, qu'ils avaient fond�e la radio des Mille collines pour les besoins de leur propagande g�enocidaire, qu'ils assassin�erent leur propre pr�esident en abattant son avion et qu'enfin ils firent un coup d'Etat dans la nuit du 6 au 7 avril 1994. Ces id�ees re�cues, qui constituaient les bases de l'histoire officielle �ecrite par les vainqueurs de la guerre civile rwandaise afin de l�egitimer la conqu�ete du pouvoir par le g�en�eral Kagam�e, ont �et�e balay�ees par le TPIR (Tribunal p�enal international pour le Rwanda) cr�e�e par le Conseil de s�ecurit�e de l'ONU afin de juger les responsables de ce g�enocide. Expert asserment�e dans les principaux proc�es qui se tinrent devant ce tribunal, Bernard Lugan a eu acc�es �a la totalit�e de ces archives, ce qui lui a permis d'�ecrire ce livre dans lequel tout ce que l'on croyait savoir au sujet du g�enocide du Rwanda est remis en question.
